In child psychology, a counselor called a psychologists, helps children deal with their difficult situations. Whether it be coping with disabilities or dealing with a tragedy, psychologists are always there to talk and lend some helpful advice. Some people think only "loonies" talk to psychologists. However, anyone can go to a psychologist so they can talk about things they couldn't with somebody else. Child psychologists study how children learn and how various behaviors develop. Troubled children could be helped by having counseling and therapy. Their psychologists could even prescribe them medicine if it is needed. Other counselors might help the child to work efficiently or work with other kids who are experiencing psychological trauma as well.
